User Settings
Changing your Password
Passwords need to be 4-40 characters long. they’re case-sensitive, and can include any letters, numbers or special characters.
To modify your password you need to type your current password once, and then the new password you want to set twice. If you don’t remember your current password you can use the reset password link available from the PractiTest Login screen .
Modifying your Personal Information
Personal Information is provided by users during the first time they login to PractiTest.
This information includes the user's first and last name, the display name used by the system (in grids, comments, history entries, etc), and the time-zone used to calculate the local time to display on time-related fields.
If you are working with more than one PractiTest project, take into account that this information is the same for all your projects. Making a modification in one project will automatically be reflected in all additional projects where you are a member.
Personal Email Notifications
Email notifications are personal, and each user can set for himself when he wants to be notified and for what specific entities. These notifications will mailed up to a couple of minutes after the change was done.
On all entities you can request to be notified for any changes done; or you get notifications only for changes done to the entities opened by you (where you appear as the entity author). Additionally, on Tests and Issues you can also set a notification for changes done to entities assigned to you.
